We loved the location, with its residential feel and nearby shops and bars. The walk to St Marks Square was lovely. The courtyard was a nice spot for drinks. The room was stylish and cozy with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was spacious and well-equipped. The staff was polite and helpful. The facilities were great and the breakfast was enjoyable. The cat was a real star!

The B&B is conveniently located in a peaceful area just a short walk from all the main attractions in the city. You can easily reach the bustling streets and tourist spots, but still retreat to a quiet and authentic neighborhood for a good night's sleep. The rooms are beautifully decorated and spacious, providing a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. The hosts offer exceptional customer service, providing helpful recommendations and even welcoming guests with delicious Italian biscuits and refreshing bottles of water.
Only minor inconvenience was the lack of a view from the room, but this was easily compensated by the overall quality and comfort of the stay.

Spacious, clean room with daily cleaning. Working TV, fridge, AC, and power outlets. Huge, clean bathroom with bidet, jacuzzi tub, and fluffy towels. Nice little touches like Bussola cookies and water decanter. 10-minute walk to San Marco Square, close to vaporetto stops. Friendly owners and adorable black cat.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. They were always available to help with any questions or concerns I had. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities I needed. I especially loved the separate bathroom in my own private suite. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, away from the tourist crowds, which was a refreshing change. The location was also fantastic, with shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby. It was easy to explore the city and visit all the places I wanted to see. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great value for money stay in a non-touristic area.
